iv. Activation based on TRACKERTM Reg Form to Sales Admin. This process about 7 days.
v. Obtain Admin Password for Customer to Sales Admin / CCEB. Process take time about 7 days.
vi. Provide Password To Customer to Account Manager. Process take time about 7 days.
vii. TRACKERTM Setup and Commissioning for Account Manager / Post-Sales Team. This will take time about 7 days.

The Administrator:
i. Administrator is able to
- Perform all necessary configuration of TRACKERTM. Such as Name Mapping, Grouping, Assign Tracker(s), Trackee(s)
- Perform the configuration from 10 am to 12 am daily
ii. Administrator is NOT ABLE TO
- Perform tracking
- Perform reload on the tracker’s account

The Tracker:
i. Tracker is able to~
- Perform tracking of the group setup by the Administrator
- Perform reload to his account
- First time use, Accept Terms and Conditions.
- Tracker must load RM40 (200 searches to his account)
ii. Tracker is NOT ABLE TO~
- Configure TRACKERTM on Name Mapping and Grouping


Common Activation Mistakes:
*MUST have Internet access-TRACKERTM Administration and Tracking is done via the web
*MUST include Tracker’s number in the registration form-Tracker’s MSISDN is required to setup the search structure
*MUST have the ORIGINAL forms-Non-Original forms will not be processed
*MUST sign all pages on Terms of Usage (legal requirements)-Cannot process without this being done
*MUST provide Admin Password to customer-Customer will not be able to configure TRACKERTM without this

REMEMBER !!!
*Docs required: TRACKER registration Form & Initial ToU
*Customer must have Internet Access
*Once activated, Administrator must have Admin Password
*Include Tracker and Trackees MSISDN in the TRACKER Registration Form
*Tracker’s MSISDN need to register with OCS to use TRACKER
