DiGi Priority Service

DiGi Priority Service is a new and dedicated service for selected subscribers who have achieved a level of monthly mobile usage and tenure with DiGi.

DiGi aim is to reward DiGi's member with a host of exclusive priveleges which also offers personal assistance of the highest level ranging from simple phone enquiries to full technical support that's delivered right to your doorstep.

1. Priority Assistance = DiGi Priority Consultants A dedicated team of customer service agents will provide personalised attention and a higher service level to our Platinum members. Calls from our Platinum members will be directed straight to this group of agents. Say goodbye to long waiting times. Operating Hours: Mon-Fri - 9am to 6pmCalls outside these hours will be attended by other customer service personnel.

1 day SIM Card ReplacementDoorstep delivery in the event of lost SIM card. Reports must be lodged by 11 am for same day delivery by 5 pm. Reports lodged after 11 am will be delivered on the next working day. Residents in areas outside the coverage area will get next day delivery. Coverage: Cheras, Ampang, Selayang, Kajang, Cyberjaya, Putrajaya, Sg. Buloh, Kepong, Puchong, Old Klang Rd, Klang, Port Klang or Petaling Jaya. Higher Credit LimitAn SMS invitation will be sent to customers to increase their Credit Limit. To accept just type PICL and send to 22288 by the stipulated date in the SMS. The SMS invitation will be extended annually.

2. Priority Travel = Travel Insurance up to RM1 millionCovers common carrier travel accidents, flight delays and missed flight connections, baggage delay/loss/damage, trip cancellation, overseas medical and Personal Accident (details as per below table) Number to call for enquiries: BIB Insurance Broker at 03-2141 3422.

Terms and conditions:
i.
Maximum coverage period is 45 days per trip, except for Overseas PA which is capped at 30 days per trip.
ii.
All requested documents must be provided to facilitate each claim.
iii.
Mode of reimbursement is in the form of a cheque, banked into your bank account.

Free one-way airport transfer from your home to KLIA: Within Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya only. Not valid for airfares to ASEAN destinations.

Free delivery of travel documents: Within Klang Valley only. Valid with any purchase of international airfare or domestic airfare exceeding RM1500 per person.
iii.
This service is free but any airfare, accommodation fee and surcharges are borne by the customer.
