3, If you are Prepaid owner, you want to register under your own name, you just need your IC to register ; If your prepaid are register under third party than both person IC are need to bring along.
4, If you got credit card and want to do credit card for auto debit, than you also can attach together. Your will enjoy RM5.00 rebate for each DiGi Main line account.
5, For Sdn Bhd company, director must provide photocopy of Form 9, 24, 49. Director's IC, Bank Statement latest 3 months, Credit card (If you want do credit card for autobilling to enjoy RM5 rebate) and company chop.
6. For Sole proprietor company, director must provide photocopy of Form A & Form D. Director's IC, Bank Statement latest 3 months, Credit card (If you want do credit card for autobilling to enjoy RM5 rebate) and company chop.
7. For Partnership company, director must provide photocopy of Form B & Form D. Director's IC, Bank Statement latest 3 months, Credit card (If you want do credit card for autobilling to enjoy RM5 rebate) and company chop.
8. For Foreign company, director must provide photocopy of Form 79, or Form 80 or Form 80a, or Form 83, or Form 83a. Director's IC, Bank Statement latest 3 months, Credit card (If you want do credit card for autobilling to enjoy RM5 rebate) and company chop.

*Please note prepaid customer to convert their Prepaid to Postpaid, the minimum balance in your account must have RM10 ; Maximum prepaid balance are RM500.
