Documents needed for apply DiGi Postpaid

Now, I would like to let you know what documents needed when you sign up for DiGi Postpaid Plan.
1st, you must at least more than 18 years old (the date must over your Birthday).
2nd, you must prepare photocopy of your IC. And if you want to suppline under your friends / family, than bring the Main Line registration's IC go to any nearest DiGi Centre or DiGi authorised shop.
3rd, If you are Prepaid owner, you want to register under your own name, you just need your IC to register ; If your prepaid are register under third party or you want to register suppline under other Main Line, than both person IC are need to bring along.
4th, If you got credit card and want to do credit card for auto debit, than you also can attach together. Your will enjoy RM5.00 rebate for each DiGi account.

Now comes to advance payment. If you wanna sign up for DiGi new number, the advance payment are according to the plan. Example, If you sign up for DG30, you need to pay RM30 advance payment; If you sign up for DG250, you need to pay RM250 advance payment. Also, if you sign up for Family Basic RM10 access fee, you need to pay RM10 advance payment; If you sign up for 1 Family RM30, advance payment are RM30.
*Please note that advance payment will be fully dedute on your next month accout.
For prepaid customer to convert their Prepaid to Postpaid, the minimum balance in your account are RM50 ; Maximum prepaid balance are RM500. All the prepaid balance will be carry forward to your DiGi postpaid account. So, you no need to worry!
