* Definition of Permanent Disablement:Permanent Disablement is defined as permanent physical disablement as a result of injury caused by a covered accident which lasts for at least 180 days from the date of loss/accident and causes the insured person to be unable to perform 3 or more activities of daily living which would normally be carried out by him/her in normal daily life.

4. No nomination of beneficiary is required (default beneficiary is next of kin).

You are eligible if:
1. You have a DiGi Postpaid or Prepaid line registered in your name.

2. If you are holding multiple principal lines, the lines with longest tenure will be entitled for Free PA.

3. You will be eligible for DiGi's Free Personal Accident Insurance from the 18th of the same month if you joined DiGi between the 1st to the 15th. You will be eligible on the 3rd of the following month if you joined DiGi after the 15th.

4. You have not accepted DiGi's Free Personal Accident Insurance insurance offer for more than 3 policies (max up to 3 policies per subscriber).

5. Your registration must be under Individual, Permanent Resident, foreigner or DiGI Ambassador.

6. Your line MUST be active and not suspended.

7. Your customer registration information, i.e. Name and NRIC, must be valid and similar to your DiGi registration information.
